Shipping and Delivery

We are committed to processing and dispatching your orders with efficiency. Typically, most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. However, as we approach the busy sale season, please be advised that there might be delays in our delivery timelines due to the increased volume of orders. Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification by email containing Track & Trace information.

Benelux: (1-3 working days) with free shipping on all orders above €130.
Europe: (3-5 working days)
Rest of the world: (5-8 working days)


For all deliveries outside Europe, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country.

In-Store Pickup:

Customers have the option to pick up their orders at the store by selecting "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. The order will be prepared and an email notification will be sent once it's ready. Your order will usually be ready for pick-up the next working day.


How to track your order?

Once we've shipped your order, you'll get an email with a tracking number to follow your package. Remember, delays can happen during promotions and holidays.
If there are any delays in delivery or if an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the order is placed.
